HOW TO OVERCOME DEPRESSION
Depression is the hollow black hole which gets to us while we struggle with some of the toughest life battles. It's not just a demon of the average middle class people but it's a regular visitor to even some of the most well known people of our Era. Be it Robin Williams the Jumanji famed epic comedian, the super model Cara Delevine or the Indian Diva Deepika Padukone no one be it rich, famous or poor can be spared from this demon. So what is Depression ? This happens when in the regular routine the mind doesn't get time for rejuvenation and when we get affected by certain behavioral pattern of loved ones, it can even be caused due to monotony in regular lifestyle and when things stop excite us.
So how to get the way out
1. Be Active with your lifestyle:
Being active with your lifestyle is the first & foremost way to fight depression, being active. Avoid oversleeping or getting into addictions. It's a known fact that when in depression people tend to do things for diverting the mind but that's something that won't help in the longer term in fact this will only worsen the situation. So be active with your lifestyle & don't fall in the trap of addictions.
2. Write Down your Feelings:
Writing is a known remedy for most psychological ailments, so writing down your feelings can help you a lot in fighting depresson. Write down your problems & ask yourself is that really that big for you in different columns, try to write solutions for yourself.. This way you'll feel relieved & light about your emotions.
3.Excercise:
Excercising a lot is a time tested technique to fight depression as it releases endomorphins which soothes down the system. Excercise has known physical benefits but it is also is good for one's mental well being too as it gives the happy hormone effect to the mind and one starts to feel relaxed afterwards.
4. Set up a Routine:
Setting up a routine keeps the life balanced and leaves a person with little time for overthinking and hence there is less depression time for your mind. The routine also ensures that despite depression you're not being left behind in life which is a usual consequence of depression.
